Betty Joyce Holland Gray

CLAXTON/VERO BEACH, FL: On the morning of December 7, 2015, Betty Joyce Holland Gray was granted angel wings. Betty was 67 years old when she passed into the arms of Jesus, while at home with family.
Betty was born in Evans County, Georgia, on April 2, 1948 to loving parents, Joe Holland and Alma Anderson Holland. She was the sixth child, and the youngest daughter, born into the Holland family.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family and filled with so much love. Her shining light will forever be imprinted on the hearts of her loved ones. We will miss her with every breath we take. With Betty’s passing we remind others her life is to be celebrated and no moment to be taken for granted.
SURVIORS: Betty is survived by daughters, Elizabeth Gray Swann and Catherine Alison Gray; son, George William Gray, III; sisters, Margie Shuman, Sally Nease and Carolyn Powers; brother, Jeffrey Holland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Joe Holland, brothers, Donald, JP and Gerald Holland and daughter, Victoria Gray.
VISITATION: Saturday, December 12, 10:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Saturday, December 12, 11:00 a.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Old Anderson Church Cemetery.
