SAVANNAH: George A. Wall, Sr., 95, passed away October 9, 2016, at his son’s home. He was a native and lifelong resident of Chatham County and the last Charter Member of the White Bluff Presbyterian Church. He was a Veteran of WWII, a Mason, and he served many years with the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 30.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Elise Strickland Wall of Savannah; two sons, George (Diana) Wall, Jr., of Brooklet and James (Cindy) A. Wall of Atlanta; one daughter, Cindy (Carleton) Byrd of Savannah; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL: Thursday, October 13, 2016, 11:00 a.m., graveside at Brewton Cemetery, Hagan, GA.., with Dr. Tab Smith officiating.
BURIAL: Brewton Cemetery, Hagan, GA.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, October 29, 2016, 11:00 a.m., at White Bluff Presbyterian Church.
