Henry J. Hodges

CLAXTON: Henry James Hodges, 66, passed away May 25, 2024 at home with his family at his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marion Hodges; brother, Johnny Hodges; four sisters, Shirley Marshburn, Betty Baker, Pat Wilson, Ann Durrence and Margie Hodges.

SURVIVORS: wife of 47 years, Annette Hodges of Claxton, Ga.; son, William Hodges (Daisy Moore); daughters, Brandy Hodges (Jamie Wood), Amanda Hodges (Richard Palmer) all of Claxton, Ga.; fourteen grandchildren, Brianda, Angel, Will, Jaheim, Mark, Justin, Kayla (Austin), Jacy, Jared, Desaree, Hailey, Peyton, Leigha and Jayden; Five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: Friday, May 31, 2024, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: Friday, May 31, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
