Joan Clark Wren

November 19, 1939 — July 6, 2015

CLAXTON: Joan Clark Wren, 75, passed away July 6, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Rockmart, Georgia but had lived in Evans County for a number of years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a member of the Eunice Sunday School Class. She was a devoted choir member, and loved spending time with friends, family and watching movies,
Joan was preceded in death by her husband Ted Wren.
SURVIORS: two sons, Jeff (Angelia) Wren of Swainsboro and Philip Wren of Denver, Co.; one daughter, Kathryn (David) Cosby of Claxton; one dearly loved sister-in-law, Bess ( Joe) Orenzow; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren one niece, Cindy Hamel and one nephew Barron Clark.
VISITATION: Thursday, July 9, 2015, 5-7:00 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Friday, July 10, 2:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church.
BURIAL: Veteran’s Cemetery, Glennville, Georgia, 3:00 p.m.
REMEMBRANCE: Claxton First Baptist Church (Choir Fund) 313 West Main St. Claxton GA. 30417
