CLAXTON: Lyndon Kicklighter, 84, passed away February 10, 2019, at Ogeechee Area Hospice. Born in Wayne County, Lyndon grew up in Tattnall County. He was a member of Eason Chapel Church.
Mr. Kicklighter was preceded in death by his wife, June Yarbrough Kicklighter.
SURVIVORS: two daughters, Paula (Ronnie Joe) Todd and Tiny Russell, both of Claxton; six grandchildren, Hollie (Toby) Smith, Nathan (Mandy) Todd, Aryn (Shannon) Sapp, Stephen (Tuesday) Allen, Curt (Taylor) Todd and Hunter Russell; seven great-grandchildren, Colby Todd, Hannah Smith, Emma Todd, Caiden Sapp, Jackson Smith, Caroline Smith and Liam Sapp; and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: February 12, 2019, 12-1:30 p.m.., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Graveside, February 12, 2019, 2:00 p.m., at Kicklighter Family Cemetery.
BURIAL: Kicklighter Family Cemetery.
