CLAXTON: Margaret J. Harris, 83, passed away August 29, 2023, after a short illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon David Kelly; sister, Lela Judy Kelly; and her parents, Guessie and W.S. Thompson of Claxton, GA.
SURVIVORS: son, David Stanley Kelly of Claxton, GA.; daughter, Suzanne Gotschall of Pooler, GA.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Thursday, September 7, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, September 7, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home. Pastor Nathan Pitman will officiate.
