Margaret Boyette Sapp

CLAXTON, GEORGIA - PATRICK, SOUTH CAROLINA: Margret Boyette Sapp, age 76, was born February 14, 1947, in Collins, Georgia. She passed away peacefully on September 21, 2023, at her son’s home in Patrick, South Carolina, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late James Calvin Boyette and Ida Belle Lynn Boyette. She was of the Baptist faith. Margret was an avid reader, had a passion for all animals and was a compassionate caregiver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Boyette, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

SURVIVORS: four sons, Christopher William (Carol) Sapp of Patrick, South Carolina, Brent Sapp of Pembroke, Georgia, Matthew Gary (Michelle) Sapp of Hartsville, South Carolina, Reid Sapp of Cobbtown, Georgia; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sandra Brock of West Palm Beach, Florida, Marie Beasley of Claxton, Georgia, Frankie (Austin) Poole of Richmond Hill, Georgia; one brother, Daniel Boyette of Rincon, Georgia.

VISITATION: Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Elton DeLoach officiating.
