CLAXTON: Samuel Gary Tippins, 76, passed away August 10, 2020, after a short battle with Covid-19, at Evans Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Evans County and of Methodist faith.
SURVIVORS: one brother, Randall (Jo Ellen) Tippins of Claxton; one sister, Clarice (Jim) Wadsworth of Savannah; nieces and nephews, James Tippins, Justin Tippins, Jordy Tippins, Linda White, Barry Blackburn and Wayne Blackburn.
FUNERAL: Wednesday, August 12, 2020, 10:00 a.m., at Brewton Cemetery.
SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE OBSERVED DURING THE SERVICE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
