Vernon 'Bobby' Owens

CLAXTON/HAGAN: Vernon “Bobby” Owens, 84, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Camellia Health and Rehab. The Bryan County native lived in Hagan most of his life. He was a retired truck driver and was a member of the Hagan United Methodist Church.
SURVIVORS: one son, Vernon (Delores) Owens of Hagan , two brothers Malcolm Owens of Odessa, Texas, Andrew (Sandra) Owens, of Savannah; two sisters, Joliette (Hood) Parker of Snyder, Texas, Catherine (Jimmy) Blitch of Pembroke; Granddaughter, Casey (Jay) McNeely of Claxton; Great-grandchildren, Mason and Owen McNeely of Claxton; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Janie Sheffield of Daisy.
