CLAXTON: William Cecil Barrow “C- Boy”, 83, passed away July 20, 2013 at Nursing Center in Statesboro Ga. He was a lifelong resident of Evans County and a retired brick mason.
SURVIVORS: brother, Henry Barrow of Claxton; sister, Lucy Jane Driggers of North Charleston S.C. and several nieces and nephews.
