HAGAN: William Ronnie Todd, 78, went to be with The Lord on June 10, 2024. He proudly served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer at the Pentagon and in the Dominican Republic.
Ronnie lived in Hagan, Georgia with the love of his life, Peggy, for nearly fifty years and they were lifetime members of the Hagan United Methodist Church. He retired from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company after thirty-eight years. Ronnie loved hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with friends at Shellman Bluff, Georgia. Above all, his greatest love, was his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Talmadge and Ida Pearl Blocker Todd; brother-in-law, Charlie Ranft.
SURVIVORS: his loving wife of 49 years, Peggy B. Todd of Hagan, Ga.; sons, Christopher William (Evyn) Todd of Greer, SC., and Rodney Talmadge (Wendy) Todd of Statesboro, Ga.; brother, Dale Todd; sisters, Edra (James) Burke, and Maridean Ranft; grandchildren, Parker Tinsley Todd, Lucas Alexander Todd, Brooke Elaine Todd, Hunter Lee Kicklighter, Keith Collins and Tyler Collins; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
VISITATION: Friday, June 14, 2024, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: Friday, June 14, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Georgia Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery.
